यया हृत्क्षोभराहित्यान्महाकौतुकतोऽपि ते ।
वृत्तं भावविशेषेन तत्तल्लोके’च्युतेक्षणं ॥
yayā hṛt-kṣobha-rāhityān mahākautukato’pi te |
vṛttaṁ bhāva-viśeṣena tat-tal-loke’cyutekṣaṇaṁ ||

“Because of which [i.e., because of being unknowing], your sight of Acyuta occurred on those various lokas [i.e., in Svarga, Mahar, and so on] by means of your special bhāva [in relation to Bhagavān] on account of your absence of agitation of mind and your great curiosity.”
Commentary
duḥkhena praṇaya-paṭalī vardhatām nāma parama-heyayājñatayā kim? tatrāha—yayā iti, ajñatayā hetunā tasmin tasmin mahar-ādau loke acyutasya bhagavata īkṣaṇaṁ sandarśanaṁ bhāva-viśeṣeṇa parama-premṇā jagad-vilakṣaṇa-mano’bhiniveśena vā te tava vṛttaṁ bhūtam | kutaḥ? hṛt-kṣobhasya citta-vikṣepasya rāhityāt abhāvāt | kiṁ ca mahākautukād api | vividha-jñānena manaś-cāñcalyāt tathātyantautsukyābhāvāc ca bhāva-viśeṣānutpattyā bhagavad-darśane’pi tādṛśa-sukhaṁ nodeti | atas tat-tad-abhāvena tatra sukha-viśeṣo jāta iti |

“[Gopa Kumāra inquires:] ‘An abundance of uninhibited love (praṇaya) may well increase as a result of sorrow [e.g., the sorrow of separation from Bhagavān] but how can it as a result of being ignorant, which is utterly to be avoided?’ To that, he [i.e., Nārada] says yayā … [i.e., he speaks this verse]. ‘Because of which’ (yayā), because of [your] being unknowing, your (te) sight (īkṣaṇam) of Acyuta, that is, Bhagavān, occurred (vṛttam) on those various lokas of Mahar and so on by means of your special bhāva (bhāva-viśeṣeṇa) [in relation to Bhagavān], that is, your paramount prema, or, your absorption of mind that is extraordinary in the world. Why? On account of your absence (rāhityāt) of agitation of mind (hṛt-kṣobha) and on account of your great curiosity (mahākautukataḥ api). The meaning is this: Such happiness [i.e., the special type of happiness that is known to ensue from seeing Bhagavān] does not arise even in the case of sight (darśana) of Bhagavān without a manifestation of a special bhāva [in relation to Bhagavān in the heart of one who may somehow even without such a bhāva obtain the sight of him] (1) as a result of unsteadiness of mind because of [a person’s having] various types of knowledge and (2) as a result of the non-existence of complete eagerness [on the person’s part for the experience of seeing Bhagavān]. Thus, because of the absence of these [impediments in the form of having an unsteady mind and a lack of eagerness], that special type of happiness arose [in you] in those cases [of your seeing Bhagavān on those various lokas].”
