पुंसां कलिकृतान् दोषान् द्रव्यदेशात्मसम्भवान् ।
सर्वान् हरति चित्तस्थो भगवान् पुरुषोत्तम: ॥
puṁsāṁ kali-kṛtāṁ doṣān dravya-deśātma-sambhavān |
sarvān harati citta-stho bhagavān puruṣottamaḥ ||
(Śrīmad Bhāgavatam: 12.3.45)
“Bhagavān, Puruṣottama, situated in the citta, removes from people all the faults created by Kali existing amid objects, places, and the self.”

citta-sthaś citte sphuritaḥ |

“‘Situated in the citta’ (citta-stho) means manifest in the citta.”
dravya-deśa-manaḥsu śuddhy-abhāvena sambhavo yeṣāṁ tān |

“[‘Existing amid objects, places, and the self (dravya-deśātma-sambhavān) means] Those existing in objects, places, and the mind because of a lack of purity.”
