“Therefore, with the intellect fixed with bhakti [i.e., śraddhā] upon me, one whose ultimate shelter is me should control the speech, mind, and prāṇas. Then, he reaches success.”

(Excerpt from the Krama-sandarbha-ṭīkā)
“With the intellect fixed with bhakti, that is, śraddhā, upon me in the form of Śrī Kṛṣṇa or another form, such as Paramātmā, one the ultimate shelter, that is, resting place, of whose speech, mind, and so forth is I alone should control one’s material speech [i.e., speech related to worldly matters] and so forth [i.e., one’s mind, senses, and prāṇa]. Then, there is no higher action to be done in terms of jñāna and so forth whatsoever. This is the meaning.”
