यत्प्रीणनाद्ब‍‌र्हिषि देवतिर्यङ्-
मनुष्यवीरुत्तृणमाविरिञ्चात् ।
प्रीयेत सद्य: स ह विश्वजीव:
प्रीत: स्वयं प्रीतिमगाद्गयस्य ॥

yat-prīṇanād barhiṣi deva-tiryaṅ-
manuṣya-vīrut-tṛṇam āviriñcāt |
prīyeta sadyaḥ sa ha viśva-jīvaḥ
prītaḥ svayaṁ prītim agād gayasya ||
(Śrīmad Bhāgavatam: 5.15.13)

“He because of whose pleasure the devas, animals. human beings, and plants beginning with Brahmā immediately become pleased, [he who is] the very life of the universe, [and] pleasure himself [i.e., the very embodiment of pleasure], became pleased at the sacrifice of [King] Gaya.”

Commentary

sākṣād eva tasyā mokṣād api paramatvam ānandaika-rūpatvaṁ ca … evoktam asti | kiṁ bahunā paramānandaika-rūpasya sarvānanda-kadambāvalambasya śrī-bhagavato’py ānanda-camatkāritā tasyāḥ prīteḥ śrūyate | yathoktaṁ—‘prītaḥ svayaṁ prītim agād gāyasya’ iti |
(Prīti Sandarbha: 62)

“Its [i.e., prīti’s] directly being superior to and constituted solely of bliss greater than even [that of] mokṣa is stated. What is the use of more [discussion]? This prīti’s being a cause of blissful astonishment even for Śrī Bhagavān, who is the supreme embodiment of the highest bliss and the basis of the entirety of all forms of bliss is heard of [in the śāstra], as stated in prītaḥ svayaṁ prītim agād gāyasya [i.e., SB 5.15.13].”
