यस्मिन्यतो यर्हि येन च यस्य यस्मा-
द्यस्मै यथा यदुत यस्त्वपर: परो वा ।
भाव: करोति विकरोति पृथक्स्वभाव:
सञ्चोदितस्तदखिलं भवत: स्वरूपम् ॥

yasmin yato yarhi yena ca yasya yasmād
yasmai yathā yad uta yas tv aparaḥ paro vā |
bhāvaḥ karoti vikaroti pṛthak svabhāvaḥ
sañcoditas tad akhilaṁ bhavataḥ svarūpam ||

“That in which, because of which, at which [time], by which, of which, from which, for which, with which [manner], and even which a latter or former entity of distinct nature [from you] who is impelled [by you] creates or transforms is all your nature.”

Commentary

bhāvaḥ kartā kārakair yat yat karoti tat sarvaṁ bhavato māyā-śakti-yuktasya svarūpaṁ svīyaṁ rūpam ity arthaḥ |

“That which an entity, that is, an agent, does with the kārakas is all your nature, that is, your own form, conjoined with the māyā-śakti. This is the meaning.”
