(Caitanya-candrāmṛta: 13; cited in Bhāvanā-sāra-saṅgraha: 1.2)“Bearing the torso of a lion, a sweet, sweet smile between the sides of his cheeks, various astonishing and incomprehensible transformations of ujjvala-rasa, and luster delightful like the interior of an open golden lotus, may the figure of Mādhava united with Rādhā protect us.”

(Caitanya-caritāmṛta: 1.1.5)“Rādhā is a transformation of Kṛṣṇa’s love, [his] hlādinī-śakti. Although one by nature, they [i.e., Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa] have previously [i.e., beginninglessly] manifested on earth in two distinct forms. Now [i.e., at this stage in the cycle of beginningless time] these two have entered a state of oneness and manifested bearing the name Caitanya. I offer obeisance to [him,] Kṛṣṇa Himself beautifully enveloped with the bhāva and luster of Rādhā.”

Therefore, Śrī Caitanya Gosāñi is the ultimate manifestation of the Supreme entity (Para-tattva). If we say he is Kṣīrodaśāyī Viṣṇu, is that his greatness?”

(Caitanya-caritāmṛta: 1.1.3)“That which is [known as] nondual Brahman in the Upaniṣads is indeed the luster of his figure. The Puruṣa, [known in the yoga-śāstras as] the indwelling regulator of the ātmā, is a manifestion of his aṁśa [i.e., a manifestation of Mahāviṣṇu, who is a partial manifestation of him]. He who is Bhagavān replete with the six aiśvaryas [i.e., Nārāyaṇa of Vaikuṇṭha, the source of the Puruṣa-avatāras] is in this regard [i.e., in the context of deliberation upon and experience of essential nature] also he himself [i.e., also a partial manifestation of him]. There is [thus] no supreme entity in this regard [i.e., in the domain of deliberation and experience] other than Kṛṣṇa Caitanya [i.e., Kṛṣṇa Caitanya is verily Svayam Bhagavān and nondiffernet from Śrī Kṛṣṇa himself].”
