सर्वार्थशक्तियुक्तस्य देवदेवस्य चक्रिणः ।
यच्चाभिरुचितं नाम तत्सर्वार्थेषु योजयेत् ॥
sarvārtha-śakti-yuktasya deva-devasya cakriṇaḥ |
yac cābhirucitaṁ nāma tat sarvārtheṣu yojayet ||

“One should meditate on that name of the Wielder of the cakra, the Deva of devas endowed with the śakti of all objects, which is also liked [by oneself, i.e., for which one feels a specific taste] for the sake of [attaining] all objects.”
Commentary
sarvārtha-śakti-yuktasyety anena nāma-nāminor abhedān nāmno’pi sarvasya sarvārtha-śakti-yuktatā sūcitaiva | abhirucitaṁ nijābhīṣṭaṁ yan-nāma, etac ca bhakti-viśeṣeṇācirāt samyak sarvārtha-siddhy-apekṣayoktam |

“‘Of he who endowed with the śakti of all objects’ (sarvārtha-śakti-yuktasya)—by this [qualifier] all names [of Śrī Bhagavān] being endowed with the śakti of all objects [i.e., the capability to produce the attainment of all objects] is specifically indicated on account of the non-difference between the name and the name’s bearer [i.e., Śrī Bhagavān]. ‘Liked’ (abhirucitaṁ) refers to that name which is desired by oneself, and this [mention of meditation on the name that is liked by oneself] is stated with reference to a swift and apt attainment of all objects by means of a specific form of bhakti [i.e., by means of performing a specific form of bhakti with that name of Śrī Bhagavān, such as hearing, chanting, or remembrance].”
