अप्रार्थितानि दुःखानि यथैवायान्ति देहिनाम् ।
सुखान्यपि तथा मन्ये दैवमत्रातिरिच्यते ॥
aprārthitāni duḥkhāni yathaivāyānti dehinām |
sukhāny api tathā manye daivam atrātiricyate ||

“As unrequested sufferings certainly come to the embodied, so too do pleasures. I consider that destiny prevails in this regard.”

अचिन्तितानि दुःखानि यथैवायान्ति देहिनाम् ।
