Artha-ratnālpa-dīpikā

yeṣāṁ kṛpā-lavaṁ prāpya rasābdhir durgamo mayā

yeṣāṁ kṛpā-lavaṁ prāpya rasābdhir durgamo mayā |
spṛṣṭaḥ kṣudra-mater me’pi te śrī-rūpa-gaṇā gatiḥ ||
(Artha-ratnālpa-dīpikā on Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu: 4.9.44)

“The followers of Śrī Rūpa,
As a result of receiving a particle of whose grace
The difficult to reach ocean of rasa
Has been touched by me—
May they be the refuge
Even of I of petty mind.”

samprārthanātmikā dainya-bodhikā lālasāmayī |
ity ādir vividhā dhīraiḥ kṛṣṇe vijñaptir īritā ||

“An address to Kṛṣṇa is said to be of various types by the wise, beginning with [an address] consisting of an entreaty, [an address] expressive of humility, and [an address] made up of longing.”

“[Prahlāda Mahārāja to Bhagavān Nṛsiṁha:] The suras along with all qualities reside in full within one who has unconditional bhakti to Bhagavān. How could a non-bhakta of Hari running outwards after the asat as a result of desire have the qualities of the mahats?”

nirbandhaḥ kṛṣṇa-sambandhe yuktaṁ vairāgyam ucyate ||

“[According to the ṭīkās of Jīva Gosvāmī and Viśvanātha Cakravartī:] Vairāgya wherein there is intentness in relation to Kṛṣṇa on the part of one who is detached from sense objects and [yet] partakes [of them] as appropriate [to facilitate one’s bhakti-sādhana] is called proper (yukta).”

rāgānugāmi-bhajanollāsa-mānasānāṁ
śrī-rādhayā saha sadā smaratāṁ vrajendum |
śrī-rūpa-pāda-kamalāśrita-cetasāṁ me
cittaṁ satāṁ madhukarīyatu pāda-padme ||

“May my mind become a bee [lit., “a nectar-gatherer”] in the lotuses of the feet of the sādhus whose minds are filled with the joy of rāgānugā-bhajana, who are ever-engaged in remembrance of the Moon of Vraja [i.e., Śrī Kṛṣṇa] with Śrī Rādhā, and whose hearts are sheltered at the lotus feet of Śrī Rūpa.”

“I offer obeisance unto him, Śrī Rūpa, who is absorbed in the rasa of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa, and by whose grace difficult to understand tattva shall become easy to understand.”
