(Excerpt from the Vṛtti on Hari-nāmāmṛta-vyākaraṇa: 940)
“[An example:] The saṁsāra of the Vaiṣṇavas destroys itself [i.e., this is a way of saying that a Vaiṣṇava automatically brings his saṁsāra to an end without making any concerted effort to accomplish that].”

(Excerpt from the Amṛta-ṭīkā on Hari-nāmāmṛta-vyākaraṇa: 940)
“A kriyā (activity) is sometimes kartṛ-sthā [“situated in the kartā], and sometimes karma-stha [“situated in the karma”]. Thus, it is also said, ‘The activity of cooking is karma-stha, and the activity of splitting is also karma-stha. The activity of being or sitting is kartṛ-stha, and the activity of going is also kartṛ-stha.’”
