योऽर्थतत्त्वमविज्ञाय क्रोधस्यैव वशं गतः ।
स तथा तप्यते मूढो ब्राह्मणो नकुलाद्यथा ॥
yo’rtha-tattvam avijñāya krodhasyaiva vaśaṁ gataḥ |
sa tathā tapyate mūḍho brāhmaṇo nakulād yathā ||

“Without ascertaining the facts of the matter, one who becomes captivated by anger later repents, like the brāhmaṇa on account of a mongoose.”
