अशक्यानुष्ठानकस्य विधेरप्रामाण्यादिति भावः ।
aśakyānuṣṭhānakasya vidher aprāmāṇyād iti bhāvaḥ |

“‘Because of the non-authoritativeness of an injunction enjoining performance of that which is impossible [to actually be carried out]’ is the purport.”
